Project & Inbound Marketing Manager
As Project Manager, Grace oversees all MPS projects and content management with poise and a smile. She enjoys writing and reading blogs and is always on the look-out for fun tips or interesting stories that relate to our varied client base. Grace graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in marketing.
Chris Bailey
Operations Director
Chris supports all aspects of business, office management, and accounting with an eye for detail and calm demeanor. He works behind the scenes to make sure each process moves along smoothly and efficiently. A local firefighter, business owner, and bagpipe musician, Chris can handle pretty much anything you throw at him!
Annika Welsh
Design & Web Development
Annika guides all art production in web and design development, bringing professional multi-tasking to a whole new level. Juggling many interests and a diverse skill set, her keen eye and years of experience in the creative media & tech industries will round out the finishing touches to any marketing project with that special something. She holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree and multiple technology certifications. She also has a flair for brewing homemade chai lattes, post-modern oil painting, and will always be an environmentalist at heart.

Ashley Ryan is a graphic designer and marketing professional driven by a love for design, a passion to create and a heart for helping others. With experience in graphic design, branding, web production and marketing, and clients from retail to construction, Ashley has graciously learned the art of "thinking out of the box." She enjoys creating beautiful, elegant design solutions that impact the world in which we live.

A recently graduated student from University of Washington Tacoma, Elsy assists the Inbound Marketing Team. She is a communication major with a minor in business administration.
